The BRALYX TRAY LOADER automates product arrangement, alignment, and distribution on trays, reducing manual labor in one of the most repetitive stages of production.

Automate tray loading

The equipment receives products directly from the forming machine and automatically positions them on trays according to the configuration set on the control panel. Standardized distribution helps keep products aligned and organized, facilitating subsequent stages such as baking, freezing, or packaging.

 Automate production beyond product forming

The magazine holds up to ten 600 × 400 mm trays, which are automatically fed during operation.

This system ensures a more continuous process, reduces the need to reload trays after every cycle, and makes the operator's daily routine more efficient.

Touchscreen and up to 99 recipes

Using the touchscreen, the operator sets the quantity and arrangement of products on each tray.

The system automatically calculates the distribution based on the configured matrix and allows up to 99 recipes to be stored, making it easier to switch between different products and arrangement patterns.

The TRAY LOADER operates in both continuous and single-cycle modes, offering flexibility for different products and production line configurations.
